Who Should Apply?

If you are a sales professional passionate about driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets, we want to hear from you. We seek individuals who are innovative, creative, and adept at thinking outside the box to capitalize on sales opportunities. To excel in this role, you will need a combination of strong sales skills and effective leadership abilities. Excellent time management, delegation, written and verbal communication, financial analysis, and analytical thinking are essential traits we value in our ideal candidate.

Experience in the Travel/Tourism Industry and the Water Sports Industry will be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of products related to the industry (e.g., wetsuits, paddleboards) and consumer relations expertise will further elevate your candidacy. Proficiency in Zoho CRM, WordPress and event planning will also add value to your sales approach.

It is essential that you have a track record of success in pipeline management and accurate pipeline management for group sales and events. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer outcomes and meticulous attention to detail will set you apart.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the sales outreaches for all our services and retail activities. 

The West Country Waterpark services include:

  • Aqua Park, 1st April – 31st October
  • Swimming, year-round, Windsports, year-round
  • 3rd Party expert suppliers like 
    • Cold Water training, yoga, SUP yoga, pilates, various physical therapy providers, triathlon, biathlon and more, year-round
  • Open-air Cinema, 1st April – 31st October, Hireable office, meeting and venue spaces
  • And more

The West Country Waterpark retails products via our online e-Commerce platform and onsite shop. Products include:

  • Paddleboards and accessories, Swimming Wetsuits, Swimcaps, Towfloats, accessories, General use wetsuits, Windsurfing and Waterski hardware, Lifejackets, Kayaks
  • Gift cards and more
