Yes you can change the date or time of your session up to 48 hours before the original session is meant to take place. Changing bookings will incur a £5 booking change fee.
Are dogs allowed on site?
We understand that dogs are beloved members of many families and it can be difficult to leave them behind. However, for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, dogs are not permitted in the water park. This is to ensure that the water remains clean and hygienic for all to enjoy, and to prevent any accidents or incidents that could occur if dogs were present in the water. What age do I have to be to participate?
We have specific age requirements to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. The age categories are as follows:
2-6 years: Children in this age group can participate in paddle sports on the board, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times on the same board.
6-8 years: Children aged 6-8 years can participate in any activity, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult who actively engages in the same activity alongside them.
9-15 years: Participants in this age group are welcome to take part in our activities with an adult on the sidelines, watching over them. They do not need direct adult participation in the activity itself.
16+ years: Participants aged 16 and above have no age-related restrictions and can engage in our activities independently.
