  • How do I book for a group?

    To book for a group, send us a message via the form on our Groups page. You can find all the information for group booking here.

  • Is there food and drink available on-site?

    Yes, you can enjoy snacks and drinks on-site from our cafe, which is coming soon.

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    Yes, booking in advance is essential.

  • Is there parking on site?

    Yes.

    Parking charges apply for non-customers. Customer can validate their parking at reception.

    Members parking free for duration of their membership.

  • Can I change the date or time of my booking?

    Yes you can change the date or time of your session up to 48 hours before the original session is meant to take place. Changing bookings will incur a £5 booking change fee.

  • Are dogs allowed on site?

    We understand that dogs are beloved members of many families and it can be difficult to leave them behind. However, for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, dogs are not permitted in the water park.

  • What age do I have to be to participate?

    We have specific age requirements to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. The age categories are as follows:

    • 0-6 years: Can participate in paddle sports and swimming. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times at a ration of 1-1. Note if participating in paddle sports the child must jon the parent in or on the same board
    • 6-8 years: Children aged 6-8 years can participate in any activity, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult who actively engages in the same activity alongside them.
    • 9-15 years: Participants in this age group are welcome to take part in our activities with an adult on the sidelines, watching over them. They do not need direct adult participation in the activity itself.
    • 16+ years: Participants aged 16 and above have no age-related restrictions and can engage in our activities independently.

    These age requirements are in place to prioritize safety and ensure that everyone has a wonderful and secure experience at our facility. If you have further questions or need additional clarification, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?

    Yes. You can find the waiver link either in your confirmation email or on the header bar of our website.

  • Do you have lockers on site?

    Yes. Our lockers are free to use but you will need to bring a padlock, these lockers are just for valuables, other belongings can be stored in the cubby holes located outside the toilets.

  • What is your Lost Property Policy

    As a business, we may not be able to handle lost property due to a variety of reasons. Firstly, we may not have the adequate storage space required to hold lost items. Additionally, we may not have the necessary resources or staff to manage and process lost property inquiries. Furthermore, there may be Safety, legal or liability issues involved in handling lost property, which our business may not be equipped to handle. 

     

    We ask that if you think you have left a personal belonging, please return to the West Country Water Park and collect it.
