We have exciting opportunities for hospitality staff at the West Country Water Park near Bradley Stoke BS36.

The work you will do

Nailing these tasks will leave a lasting impression on our customers

  • Setting up of the venue pre-opening
  • Attending daily pre-shift meetings with restaurant/kitchen managers 
  • Meet, greet & seat guests
  • Introducing them to our venue, taking drinks orders and offering advice on menu items and daily specialities
  • Collecting and delivering drinks / meals
  • Liaising very closely with the bar and kitchen 
  • Checking customer satisfaction, giving bills and processing payments
  • Using the till / POS system correctly and efficiently
  • Wiping tables, cleaning floors, and refilling stations ongoing
  • Use of opening and closing checklists and operating to strict hygiene and service standards
