The work you will do
Nailing these tasks will leave a lasting impression on our customers
- Setting up of the venue pre-opening
- Attending daily pre-shift meetings with restaurant/kitchen managers
- Meet, greet & seat guests
- Introducing them to our venue, taking drinks orders and offering advice on menu items and daily specialities
- Collecting and delivering drinks / meals
- Liaising very closely with the bar and kitchen
- Checking customer satisfaction, giving bills and processing payments
- Using the till / POS system correctly and efficiently
- Wiping tables, cleaning floors, and refilling stations ongoing
- Use of opening and closing checklists and operating to strict hygiene and service standards
