How Your Hire Day Works
- Book in Advance – To guarantee your preferred date, contact us to confirm your group size and session length. Exclusive hire requires pre-booking.
- Arrive Early – Since waivers and kit fitting take time, check in around 30 minutes before your session so everyone is ready.
- Safety Briefing – Furthermore, our RLSS-trained lifeguards run a full briefing before anyone enters the water.
- Take Over the Course – Your group gets the full Aqua Park to yourselves – slides, climbs, jumps and balance challenges.
- Wrap Up – Head to the changing rooms, grab food from the café, and extend the day with other activities on site.

All hire bookings require pre-payment and a signed group waiver. Notably, you should contact us to confirm availability and arrange your session in advance of your preferred date. As a result, we can ensure everything is prepared before your group arrives.

Exclusive Aqua Park hire is ideal for birthday parties, school groups, corporate team days and summer events. Specifically, the whole course is yours for the session – no sharing with the public, and our team handles all the safety setup so you can enjoy the day. Additionally, you can combine your hire with sauna hire or a full lake hire for a truly exclusive event day.
Terms and Conditions
By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that water activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury, and that participation is at your own risk where we are not at fault. Therefore, you agree to follow all staff instructions, behave responsibly, and not participate if pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You also confirm that you and any children you sign for are competent swimmers, and that any medical conditions will be disclosed to our team on arrival.
