Your Day, Step by Step
- Arrive at the Lake – Check in at reception on arrival at our lakeside site near Winterbourne.
- Access Your Room – We show you to your dedicated meeting room with lake views and your chosen seating setup.
- Get Set Up – Arrange your AV, distribute materials, and brief your team. Seating and layout can be confirmed at time of booking.
- Catering Arrives – Your pre-ordered catering is delivered at your preferred time – light lunch, hot lunch, or bottomless tea and coffee.
- Take a Break by the Lake – Additionally, step outside between sessions to enjoy the café, outdoor spaces, and lakeside grounds.
- Optional Team Activity – Furthermore, add paddleboarding, open water swimming, or a sauna session before or after your meeting.
- Wrap Up and Depart – Finish your session and head off, or stay on for more activities at the waterpark.

Since safety is our priority, by signing this waiver you acknowledge that water activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury, and that participation is at your own risk where we are not at fault. Therefore, you agree to follow all staff instructions, behave responsibly, and not participate if pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You also confirm that you and any children you sign for are competent swimmers, and that any medical conditions will be disclosed to our team on arrival.
