Your First Session, Step by Step

  1. Meet Your Instructor – To begin, start with a land briefing covering the board, E-foil, remote, stance, and safety essentials.
  2. Start Low – Begin lying down or kneeling so you can get used to the throttle and direction without rushing to stand.
  3. Build Up – Subsequently, progress through kneeling to standing as your instructor helps you find balance and controlled speed.
  4. Find Lift-Off – Once the E-foil starts working underneath you, the board rises and the session starts to click.
  5. Debrief and Progress – Finally, finish with feedback, next steps, and a clear sense of what to work on in your next session.
