How Private Hire Works
- Get in Touch – Email us with your preferred date, group size, and what you have in mind.
- We Review Your Request – We check operational requirements and the impact of closing the lake to the public.
- Receive a Quote – We’ll come back with a bespoke price based on day, time, and your requirements.
- Confirm & Book – Once agreed, we also confirm your session details, waivers, and any equipment hire.
- Arrive on the Day – Finally, your group has the lake entirely to yourselves, with RLSS lifeguards on duty throughout.

By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that water activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury, and that participation is at your own risk where we are not at fault. You agree to follow all staff instructions, behave responsibly, and not participate if pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You also confirm that you and any children you sign for are competent swimmers, and that any medical conditions will be disclosed to our team on arrival.
