OUR HIGHLY QUALIFIED LOVELY INSTRUCTORS

Introducing: Katharine Hughes

I find yoga to be the perfect balance of activity and relaxation

I am very excited to be a West Country Water Park SUP yoga instructor.

I can’t wait to get out on the water for SUP yoga classes. I first qualified as a yoga teacher in January 2022, following a 200-hour course at Yogafurie in Bristol.

I am also a triathlete and a schoolteacher, so I understand that having that time on the mat (or board) just for you, being in the moment, away from the business of life, allows you to recharge and unwind.

See you soon for some SUP Yoga!

Connect with yourself, others, the elements and have a laugh!

I am a joyful, passionate and dedicated individual. I pride myself on being able to create rich embodied experiences for people of all abilities, empowering people to trust their bodies and reconnect to their innate, playful side.

SUP, or Stand-Up Paddleboarding, Yoga adds a twist to traditional yoga as the practice is carried out on a paddleboard on the water.

Immy, completed her first yoga teacher training at Yogasara in Bristol and more recently completed 300 hours of Advanced Yoga teacher training as well as 100 hours of Ariel and SUP Yoga training in India. It will be a unique session where you’ll practice balance, strength, and mindfulness on a paddleboard
