Introduction to Carer Discounts

At West Country Water Park, we take great pride in providing free activity tickets to caregivers accompanying individuals under their care to our facility.

Guests who have the documentation stated below are entitled to one free carer ticket, however, the guest with the disability will require a full-priced ticket and any further members of their party will require a full-priced ticket as well. When checking into our activity both the documentation and a form of suitable ID must be shown.

All carers must purchase their tickets from the booking page at the same time as purchasing the ticket for the person in their care. All carer tickets are limited to a purchase of one ticket per purchase.
Disabled guests who have a specific need for a second helper/carer can request another free ticket but will need to show that they need a second carer by providing suitable proof, namely a letter from a school, GP or hospital consultant detailing why the second carer is required. If this is the case please contact us in advance
