Sauna Rules

Alcohol/Drugs: Do not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before using the sauna. If we suspect you have consumed alcohol or drugs, for your own safety we will not allow you in and you will not be offered a refund.
Pregnancy: Do not enter the Sauna if you are pregnant.
Age restriction: You must be 16+ to use our Sauna.
Phones: You may not use your phone or electronic devices.

Sauna Guidelines

Here are some guidelines to follow when using our sauna

Hygiene: You must sit on a towel. (bring a spare to dry yourself after the dip)
Metal: Remove any metal items like jewellery and watches before entering the sauna, as they can get very hot and cause burns.
Clothing: Avoid wearing clothing with metal parts. You must wear suitable bathing attire. You may not Sauna naked.
Hydration: Drink plenty of fluids before and after using the sauna.
Time limit: We provide sauna slots in 60 minute increments. You may leave, have a dip or break and return to the sauna throughout your session.
Discomfort: Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, lightheaded, or uncomfortable. Please report any such issues to our lifeguards.
Noise: Keep conversation low and we will not tolerate rowdy behaviour.
Temperature: If the temperature is too hot or cold, ask our lifeguard to gain group consensus to adjust it. DO NOT Adjust it yourself. It is monitored and we may ask you to leave if you touch the settings.
