What We Offer

Are you passionate about water sports and looking for an exciting opportunity to work at the most thrilling water sports venue in the UK? West Country Water Park is currently seeking Site Team Members to join our team. As a Site Team Member, you will look after the site, ensuring day to day business runs smoothly. You will be tasked with upkeep of the park, parking responsibilities, lending a helping hand to parties and other events and much more to ensure that our customers get the most out of  their stay at West Country Water Park.

We offer a flexible work schedule, with hours ranging from 14 to 37.5 hours per week, and a salary of £5.80 – £10.50 per hour (depending on age). You will also have the opportunity to gain a fixed term full-time position and access ongoing leadership training. Holiday will be accrued at a rate of 12.07% per hour and will be paid out at the end of each month on top of your normal wage. You will not be entitled to paid leave.

West Country Water Park is open 7 days per week, so you must be available to work a mixture of both weekdays and weekends. Our benefits package includes discounted or free food, employee discount, flexitime, free parking, and on-site parking. Our training and progression opportunities include RLSS Open Water Lifeguard, Emergency First Aid at Work, and Stand up paddle board instructing.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are committed to promoting the welfare of everyone, including children and vulnerable people. Any candidate must be friendly, highly observant, and able to provide clear instructions to members of the public for their own safety.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take initiative, and have a desire to reach the highest standards in their work. As a site team member , you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all aspects of the site. You must be willing to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends and be available to work 8-hour shifts.
