In order to ensure all lake users can enjoy their sessions we have created an RC Boating zone which separated from all other water users.
This zone may change depending on the weather conditions and the lifeguard/manager on duty will advise accordingly.
Please checkin at reception before you unpack any of your equipment.
You must park in the car park behind the building when you arrive. The reception team will advise on more accessible parking should your require access to your equipment during your session.
Please do not park on the main access road.

If you are unlucky enough to sink your RC Boat we charge a £35/hour fee to retrieve the boat. We cannot leave the boat un-reclaimed due to the risk that our other water users hurting themselves on it. You may not enter the water unless agree by the Manager on duty.
Yes. Booking in advance is essential. If you book at reception a £2.00 surcharge is applied.
We usually sell a range of remote controlled boats in our on-site shop.
We currently do not offer RC boats for hire.
We don’t allow food and drinks from outside the premises to be consumed on-site. The packages we offer include options for both hot and cold catering and our onsite Café stocks a range of hot/cold food and drink options. Additional catering options can be booked through the packages as an add-on at the checkout.
Yes. Everyone who uses our lake, or comes into the building is required to sign a waiver. Those under 16 must have their parents or guardians sign their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for any payments made. If someone cannot attend the party and their space cannot be replaced by another person there are still no refunds. You can transfer your booking space to other people if you cannot attend on the day. Whoever participates must fill in a waiver form and follow our terms and conditions. Up to 3 days before you may change your own booking date and time through your account. To access your account, visit www.westcountrywaterpark.co.uk, click book now, click my tickets, login and amend the sessions as needed. Less than 3 days before your session we may be able to help via hello@westcountrywaterpark.co.uk. There will be a £5 admin fee for any booking amendments.
We understand that dogs are beloved members of many families and it can be difficult to leave them behind. However, for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, dogs are not permitted in the water park. This is to ensure that the water remains clean and hygienic for all to enjoy, and to prevent any accidents or incidents that could occur if dogs were present in the water. Yes, booking online in advance is essential to secure our best rates and your place. If you arrive at the park & book on the day you will pay full price which is an additional £2 for all activities.
No! If we suspect you have taken any drug or alcohol we will not allow you to enter the park. However, if you are not participating in any activities, you are welcome to buy an alcoholic beverage from our cafe!
