Customer Community Evening

You told us what you think in our 2026 customer survey. Now come and hear what we learned, what we’ve already done about it, and what we’re planning for 2027 and 2028.

Join us on the top floor on Wednesday 25 November. Maggie from Open Minds Active will share the charity’s plans for 2027, Shaun will talk through the survey results, and then it’s over to you for questions and ideas.

• 6pm: doors open, free mince pies and the bar is open
• 7pm: welcome from Shaun
• 7:05pm: Open Minds Active and their plans for 2027
• 7:15pm: what you told us in the survey
• 7:35pm: your questions and ideas
• 8pm: wrap up, stay and chat until 9pm

Entry is free but places are limited to 150, so booking is essential. One named ticket per booking, adults 18+ only, and no walk-ins on the night. Pizzas from £12.50 can be pre-ordered when you book.
