How It Works
- Delivered instantly by email as a digital code
- We cannot supply physical cards, wallets or envelopes, please print it if you need something to hand over
- Choose any amount you like at checkout
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Any remaining balance is forfeited after 12 months and we cannot extend an expired card
- Check the recipient’s email address at checkout — email us if it goes astray and we will resend it

- Go Karting and RC Boating
- Equipment hire booked with an activity, such as a wetsuit or a board to borrow
- Anything listed under Activities on this website
- Spend it across more than one booking until the balance runs out — the recipient picks their own activity and date
Not Valid On
- The café — food and drink cannot be paid for with a gift card
- The retail shop — buying a wetsuit, dryrobe or board to keep
- Ticketed events, including New Year’s Day, triathlons and glow swims
- Memberships, passes and session bundles
- Party packages, table reservations and venue hire
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

- Book ahead — sessions are subject to availability and busy dates sell out

The lake itself is wonderful for swimming and the Aqua park looks a lot of fun. There’s plenty for everyone to do including paddle boarding and of course the go-carts !
The staff are very attentive and will happily help with any of your needs.
I was happy to find a vegan sandwich in the restaurant which many places don’t have.
Will definitely be back for more.

Fabulous place ! An iconic experience for all!
I came here yesterday with my daughters and her friends to celebrate her 10th birthday.
All the children had an amazing time from start to finish. They went on the aqua park first which they all throughly enjoyed ,one child needed help but with a quick shout to the life guard they had help immediately. They were all given very clear instructions by the staff before going on, there is a lot of mixed ages together which I was a little worried about but once on they are all spread out and it was fine. They all then went on the go karts! Most of the children were a little worried to try but the staff were brilliant helped with anything they needed and answered any questions they had and put them at ease.
It was an absolutely brilliant day had by all. One thing I will say is maybe there needs better signage everywhere as if it is your first time coming you might get a little confused on where to go for things.
I will definitely be back again real soon

Fantastic venue, food delicous, staff polite and friendly, Bar well stocked. venue well presented and a stunning setting overlooking Lake. Looked like there was a wide range of water activities with large car park. Definitely will be coming back to try the sauna
West County Water Park is without a doubt the best place to visit for some team bonding, healthy competition, and belly-aching laughter. We cannot recommend them enough.
