Pricing

Give the gift of choice

Gift cards are available from £10 and can be redeemed against any of our activity sessions, including Aqua Park, Open Water Swimming, Paddle Sports, the Floating Sauna Go kart and more.

Activities only

Gift cards can be used to book activities:

Aqua Park, Wakeboarding, Open Water Swimming, Paddle Sports, Wind Sports, Go Karting, E-foil, Jetski and any other item listed under the activity tab on our website.

They cannot be used in the café, retail shop, or for events or any other purchases.

12-month validity:

Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this date will be forfeited.

How to redeem:

Gift cards can be redeemed online or at the park. We recommend booking in advance as activities are subject to availability.

Non-refundable:

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Activity rules apply:

All standard age limits, safety policies and booking terms apply. Activities may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or operational reasons.

Where is the Water Park?

Is there parking on site?

Yes — parking is free for the first 4 hours. If you are staying longer than 4 hours, please register your vehicle at reception. Parking charges apply to all visitors, including members.

What do I do if I receive a parking fine?

Unfortunately, we have absolutely no ability to cancel or appeal parking charges on your behalf — you must follow the dispute process set out on the fine itself. There are over 30 signs around the car park clearly displaying the parking terms and conditions.

Please read the parking signage carefully on arrival and register at reception if you plan to stay longer than 4 hours.

Is there a café?

Yes. Our lakeside café serves a variety of food and drinks right on the water's edge. Please do not bring your own food or drink on site.

Are dogs allowed?

For the safety and comfort of all guests, dogs are not permitted inside the water park. This keeps the water clean and hygienic and prevents accidents near the water. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

We don't allow food and drinks from outside the premises to be consumed on site. Our lakeside café stocks a range of hot and cold food and drink options, and additional catering can be added to packages at checkout.

Do you have lockers?

Yes. Lockers are free to use but you will need to bring a padlock. Lockers are for valuables only — other belongings can be stored in the cubby holes located outside the toilets.

What is your lost property policy?

Due to storage, staffing, and liability constraints we are unable to manage lost property. If you think you have left a personal belonging, please return to the park to collect it. We cannot offer any further assistance with personal belongings.

Can I buy alcohol at West Country Water Park?

Yes — we are a fully licensed venue (licence SGC/23/1609). However, the following rules apply in addition to standard UK alcohol laws:

You may not participate in any activities if you have consumed alcohol.
No refunds will be issued if we suspect you are intoxicated.
No alcohol or drugs may be brought on site.

Are there changing rooms?

Yes — we have male and female changing rooms with toilet facilities on site. They are located near the water's edge so you can get ready quickly before and after your session. Lockers are also available free of charge (bring your own padlock).

Can I use a camera on the AquaPark?

No — cameras, action cameras (such as GoPros), and phones are not permitted on the inflatable AquaPark course. Loose items become hazards on the course and put other participants at risk. You are welcome to take photos and videos from the water's edge and viewing areas.

Can I dress up?

For your safety, please wear swimwear only during standard sessions. We do run special fancy-dress sessions — check our website or social media for upcoming events.

Can I hire an RC boat?

We currently do not offer RC boats for hire. To take part in RC boating at the park, you will need to bring your own boat. We do usually sell a range of remote-controlled boats in our on-site shop if you would like to purchase one.

Can I buy an RC boat at the Water Park?

We usually sell a range of remote-controlled boats in our on-site shop.

What happens if I sink my RC boat?

If your RC boat sinks, we charge a £35/hour retrieval fee. We cannot leave a sunken boat in the water as it poses a safety risk to other users.

Please note: you are not permitted to enter the water to retrieve it yourself unless authorised by the Duty Manager.

Fantastic venue, food delicous, staff polite and friendly, Bar well stocked. venue well presented and a stunning setting overlooking Lake. Looked like there was a wide range of water activities with large car park. Definitely will be coming back to try the sauna
