We’re hosting a special screening of Born to Windsurf, a breathtaking documentary that follows the life and legacy of Björn Dunkerbeck, the most successful windsurfer of all time. Filmed over nearly four years by award-winning director Gerald Salmina, this inspiring film captures Björn’s 35-year journey at the top of the sport — including his world record speed attempt — through the lens of a moving father-son story.

Before the screening, we’re honoured to welcome Zara Davis, holder of the Women’s World Speed Windsurfing Record, who will give a talk about her own incredible achievements on the water and share insights into the world of elite speed sailing.

To make the night even more interactive, we’ll have the West Country Water Park’s windsurfing simulator set up — giving you the chance to try your hand at balancing, turning, and feeling the thrill (without getting wet!).
